Reviewers are required to conduct a thorough analysis (qualitative and quantitative) of the manuscript and receive $300 for a completed review. We ensure that each manuscript receives 3 reviews. The cost for an author for this service is $1,100 USD. From this $300 goes to each reviewer and $200 is an administrative fee for PeerPremier. You will not be charged until the reviews are completed.
If you submit your manuscript to PeerPremier, we guarantee fast turn around and professional service. Once your manuscript has been peer reviewed using our proprietary process, the authors decide what to do next. Here are some options:
- We can host your manuscript with the associated peer reviews for free
- We are working with bioRxiv – you can upload your manuscript to their server and choose the option to have it peer reviewed by PeerPremier. Once the peer review is completed the manuscript and peer reviews are available on bioRxiv
- Submit your peer reviewed manuscript with the reviews to a journal of your choice. Note that we do not endorse any specific journal.
PeerPremier strongly believes that paying for peer review is improving the quality and turn around time but is also compatible with the traditional free peer review process.
